I don’t like denim & don’t wear denim & don’t buy denim. But I walked into Kmart and felt inspired by the denim top to give denim a whirl. 🌪 styled it with some neon heels & pink gems. Done! I love the simplicity of the co-ord and pop of colour. You don’t have to overcomplicate your things (but please do if that’s your thang!). Xx

A couple of years ago I woke up, got dressed, looked at myself in the mirror and didn’t even recognise myself anymore.
I had been a stay at home mum for five years at this point and didn’t even notice how much I’d let myself just fade into motherhood. 👇🏼
👗 I was wearing my maternity bra (sash) t-shirt, a grey knit cardigan, and my denim maternity shorts.
Yup! I was two years postpartum & I was still rocking the maternity clothes and the messy mum bun to match (no hate on that mum bun!) 😂
I remember just feeling so disconnected from myself - from the person I was. This woman starting back at me was not a reflection of the person I am and knew myself to be.
I am wild, free spirited, with an equal dose of boujee. 💁🏼‍♀️
This woman was sad, confused, and dull. 👀
So I used all of my styling skills to walk myself through a style journey. I wanted to find my own style again to reflect who I was to the world. I wanted to feel beautiful, SEEEN, and confident every day.
& now I want that for you! ✨✌🏼
